Good Stay, Bad Checkout.

I had a good stay in this apartment for 10 months. It is quiet, roomy, and well-situated.
Safety may be a concern to some. Several cars have been broken into.
Checkout was not as pleasant. You may be charged with dirty kitchen and bathroom equipment, so make sure you return those to the condition that was given to you to avoid charges.
