I read the previous comments about a rude and prejudical staff member and wanted to voice my opinion. My wife and I (both ------- American) visited the mgmt office on two occasions when we were looking for a new apt. and we were both treated respectfully.
Eye Contact, addressed as Mr. and Mrs., given floor plans, and told that they would love to get us situated in a new apt. We were even given a listing of their special monthly prorates. I know alot of complexes avoid showing these to people they don't want to move in and hope they'll be discouraged by the high non-prorated rates.

I am very sensitive to mistreatment by businesses and can pick up when I'm being treated differently because of my race (I've had lots of experience). But I didn't sense this from the staff members I encountered.

This is not to call the previous reviewer a liar I just wanted to give my fair assessment also. Maybe they finally got rid of the racist staff member that insulted the previous interviewer.

If you want an example of racist and incompetent staff try Summit Square. Be careful they'll be all smiles and grins until you sign the lease and then their "true colors" and opinions will hit you hard.

Just something to think about. Read these reviews but judge things by your own experience.
