Alexan Farms is a well managed and maintained townhouse/apartment community. Our townhouse is ample in size and any concerns/problems have been seen to in a timely and professional manner.

I was most impressed with the staff of Alexan Farms during the December ice storm. After being without power for 48 hours and with little hope for electricity anytime soon, the management offered tenants apartments in their sister operation, Alexan Place. It made a miserable situation a lot more bearable. This is what they must mean by "southern hospitality". I was impressed!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alexan Farms to anyone!
