This is a relatively new, well landscaped apartment/townhome/house complex. There is a pool, tennis court, and a playground. It is a dog-friendly complex. Most tenents are graduate students at Duke. It is quiet and there is plenty of parking.
The management is great and the maintenence is very responsive.
The one downside: Some of the appliances are cheap. They all work OK now, but they may fall apart in a few years or so.
