Generally nice, but some problems

Alexan Farms on the surface looks very nice. The apartments are new and have looks of cool features. Appliances are new, so generally nothing wrong with them. Management is also very friendly, and the clubhouse is in good condition. Big problem with parking. If I come in after 9pm, I usually can't get a parking spot anywhere near by apartment. I usually have to walk down a steep dirt hill and its pretty dangerous when wet. I'd fear for my life if there was a fire, as a fire truck would not be able to get past all the curbparked cars. There was also a major problem with spiders in the summer and spring. There is a "Pond" near the back of the complex that breeds some strange bugs! Finally, I found the walls to be incredibly thin, especially for the amount of money. I hear everything that goes on above me, and the pipes crack whenever they run water upstairs. Also note, that there are lots of families here and lots of kids running around! In short, I'd only live here again if I was on the top floor and near the front of the complex where there's more parking!
