Could be better managed

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I have lived at Alexan Farms for just under a year. During my stay I have experienced loud parties by some of the local students that reside at Alexan Farms with several roommates, cars are constantly parked in the streets that curve (very dangerous hazard) and not one notice has been sent out to the community about unsafely parking on the street, and during the last week of winter weather we experienced no one bothered to salt or sand the very dangerous brick steps/sidewalks in the community, a notice wasn't even sent out to warn of hazardous conditions on the community.
When I decided to lease at Alexan Farms I was impressed with the condition of the apartments, but since that time and after experiencing the problems in my apartment, I have decided that I will be moving when my lease is up. My floors creek something awful (I am afraid I will fall through the floor), I can hear everything the neighbors are doing, my electric bill is sky high because the design of the townhouses is lame, and nails are popping up on the stairs. These townhouses may look good at first sight, but they are poorly constructed...be warned. Management could do a much better job of keeping the community informed, but they fail to do so, I guess the reason that they constructed them to look so nice is so that management wouldn't have to work so hard...it is obvious in the lack of management.
One last thing...there has been a car with out of state tags and a broken window sitting in the parking lot behind my house, you would think this was an invitation to vandalize cars, they have not towed or had it tagged for towing in 4 months. To say the least...Management is not observing what goes on!
