Rent apartments, collect expensive rent, and sit our their butts. That is all this office does. Once you are a resident they could careless. They are getting your 1K a month and that is all that matters. It doesn't matter that lights stay out for long periods of time, or that people speed through the parking lots and illegally park their cars near a playground. What if a kid runs out from between cars and gets smacked from a car that is going 40 mph around their curb' It's not management's kid, so who cares' They sit on their butts and take your money. For the rents they charge...I recommend buying a house. The apartments are nice, but customer service sucks. The leasing professionals are nice, but they are there to sell you something. All the managers do is sit on their butts and keep the old bankers hours from 10-3. It's a shame.
Not to mention the smell of dog crap that emanates from the property because none of the large dog owners pick up after their dogs.

Completely agree with the above about the office staff and maintenance. They do a "quick fix" and don't fix any of the real problems. I too have lived at Alexan Farms for just under a year. Loud parties by students continue, cars are still constantly parked on the streets and not one notice has been sent out to the community about unsafely parking on the street. THEY NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. We have spiders and the carpet was disgusting on move in.
