My husband and I went for a visit on 9/6/02 at 1540 and pleasantly asked to see floor plans. The rental rep looked at us as if we had completely lost our minds. She was hesitant and reluctant to help us. She seemed uneasy and we did not feel welcome. When she finally left her desk to provide us with floor plans, I almost had to tear the plans away from her hands. Her entire body language and demeanor was negative. We were never asked to take a seat and she never introduced herself.




My husband is a professional and I am a student working on my second degree.....oh by the way we are ------- American.




In truth, there was such a profound aura of underlying prejudice that I simply looked at her...still standing of course.....and simply said "No thank you, this place is way out of our league and far from what we are looking for." Perhaps the rental rep took that comment as "they can not afford it"...on the contrary, she had already "sized" us up anyway....truth be told...who cares...No family member, co-worker, friend, or foe that we know, regardless of color...will ever consider ALEXAN FARMS. I will be vocal and truthful about our treatment!!!....I have gone so far as to alert Univeristy students!




Loss due to poor customer service is a tragedy....Loss due to ignorant judgemental and obviously prejudiced people is shameful.

Thank you for the frank review. I guess I will stay away from Alexan Farms.
