Not at all worth the money; rent has gone up again. The staff is incompetent, the parking situation sucks, and the buildings are poorly made. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing, from walking to going to the restroom to when they open the door or sit down. The geese use the bathroom all over the place, and bugs are everywhere. They hook people by talking about the proximity to Duke, but trust, Durham isn't that big--you can find somewhere else. By the way, Alexan Place looks much better! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

I've lived at Alexan Farms for over 3 year and love it. It sounds like this review was written by someone who works at Alexan Place!!!!!

No, that would be stupid; they're owned by the same company. This just happens to be someone who does not agree with you. Maybe if you lived in my apartment, you would have a different opinion. That's what this is for--to express opinions; just because you love it doesn't mean I have to agree with you!
