Good property with good amenities.Rent is a bit steep but you dont want to stay in a cheap apt in Durham.Close to good shopping and groceries.Downsides are the bugs and parking.If you are staying in bldgs 835 or around the parking is major headache.Even if there is a spot a little bit away people will park on the curb.It becomes very inconvenient to people already parked.We complained a few times but no action was taken.Overall its an okay apt.
