Absolutely perfect!!!

I absolutely love living here! The management is great. The apartments are new, very cute, with nice floorplans. There is a ton of space to store things. (I worried at first that they were too small, but they have great closets, a nice pantry, etc...) It is the perfect size for us.
The maintenance people are wonderful!!! One Friday evening recently I was out on the balcony. Somehow the security pin slipped into place... anyway, the door wouldn't open. I was stuck out on the balcony! One of the other tenants (everyone I've met here is SO nice, by the way), phoned maintenance. They were there almost immediately to help me.
They are really quiet. I do hear the people above me when they walk across their kitchen, but that is it. I've never heard kids, dogs, talking, music...
They are conveniently located to shopping, Duke U., Chapel Hill,...
