Alexan Place is great! We have had very few car break-ins and only one apartment break in since I moved here 9/02. The office immediately sends each resident a letter to notify us of each incident. I feel very safe here.
Apartments are new, maintenance responds immediately to any problem, office staff is incredibly helpful. Love the exercise facilities and the business center. Could use a few more washers in the laundry room. The walls are very soundproof - I don't hear a peep from the people beside me.
