I have to say I like it here. During the ice storm no one could go anywhere, but they did clean it up better than any other place. The office staff is new but they are very friendly. I guess they transfered in from other complexes within the same company. Maintenance is good but has its moments. Overall, newest and nicest place in Durham I will be staying at least another year!
