I don't understand the complaints over the ice storm. Ice was everywhere, not just outside our apartments. The DOT did not even begin clearing the roads for two days. I have been relatively happy here, most complaints are consistant with living in apartments in general. I enjoy it here, but it is not a single family home. The biggest problem I have is the lack of social activites, which mang has control over.
