Although I am not a resident as of yet, I move to Alexan South Square in July, I just had to write in to show my gratitude for the kindness, professionalism, and great attitudes I encountered at this community.
Moving in from out of state makes apartment searching more difficult. I visited numerous communities in Durham and they were all fine, people were nice, but nothing special. As luck would have it, I went to Alexan South Square last, but what a great end to an exhausting day. They were so kind and interested in my needs, not just getting me to sign. They made me laugh, feel comfortable, and most importantly part of the community and I hadn't even applied yet. They treated me like a person, not customer. Out of 6 communities I visited, this was the only one that stood out both in niceness of apartments and in knowing how to treat people. Needless to say, I am moving here in July and can't wait. To top it off, I get a brand new apartment, not some old place that numerous people have lived in before. A big Thank You to the staff at my new community.
