I lived at Alexan Place for a year and loved every minute of it. I had no problems whatsoever with crime. The construction was somewhat of a problem but the office manager knocked off a $100 dollars for 5 months(great idea). The grounds are kept very nice, parking is pretty good, maintenance was excellent and the pool and fitness center were the best parts. The office staff was great as well.
