When I first went into the office, I thought that this complex would be the BEST but 1 week into living here I have had constant noise from the neighbors upstairs(and still do it when you tell them to stop), people looking at you in a strange way(maybe because we dont look as rich and stuck up as they do and believe me they are STUCK UP), realized how poorly constructed the buildings are(Trust me, you can hear everything!!!, even people having sex) and rent is EXPENSIVE for what you are getting.

To add more "negative" to this review, I had a urine stain in my carpet and maintnance said it was BLEACH. I never knew BLEACH smells like urine.

Please do not rent from this place. It is the worst experience I have ever gone thru and it will be for you. But if you are IMMATURE people like my neighbors upstairs, then this place is GREAT!

It is upsetting you have a problem with your upstairs neighbor and that you were not able to work that out with them. I wouldnt give an apartment community a bad rating tho because of that fact. Any apartment you live in you prolly gonna hear ppl having crazy sex upstairs. Thats why I get the top floor. =-) Dont have to worry about it! DUh! I mean even if you buy yer own house you prolly gonna hear people upstairs! Just move elsewhere and be done wit it!
