I live at this very same community as the past 2 years and have had a pleasant experience. Of course there is the occasional need for maintenance, and I have had no issues with response or attitude. As a matter of fact, my AC went out last summer and maintenance came in on a Sunday to install 2 window units for the night to keep me cool until they could get the necessary parts on Monday.
There have been a few managers/office people come and go during my residency, and again, I have had good dealings and experiences with them all, therefore it irritates me a bit that people write in bashing the management. What are they really angry about' There are 2 sides to all stories. I am not personally aware of an neighbors or residents that share any negative opinions.
I will be graduating this year and relocating, as a matter of fact, to another property managed by this same company in the DC area.
