To the poster who lost their job...Working in the medical field myself, I know the importance of license upkeep and ensuring that certifications never expire. So it makes me wonder how irresponsible you are that you didn't follow up, knowing the importance of your time-sensitive mail. So, short of the management staff willingly and deliberately taking your mail and refusing to give it to you, I find it hard to believe that your law case will stand a chance in court (but then again some lady is rich because she spilled McDonald's coffee on herself). It's amazing how ignorant and self-centered some of you people are.

To anyone looking at Alexan... It is a wonderful place to live and the staff really does try their hardest to ensure you are satisfied. To address the few areas that I did not give 4-5 stars: overall the apartments are very quiet. I have yet to hear from my downstairs or next-door neighbors. My upstairs neighbors are naturally loud, like to run in the apartment and blast their music at odd hours. But short of sound proofing the whole complex, the noise reduction between units exceeds my expectations compared to some places I've lived. Maintenance is occasionally slow at getting around to things, but they are run by an outside company and if you simply emphasize the importance of your problem they will be there within the hour.

My animals and I love this place and feel very safe. My dog enjoys the private dog park and the community is filled with friendly people. It is one of the few areas I looked at that didn't require a monthly addition to rent for pets, which was a huge plus. And the staff is really working hard to imporve this place daily. A new rec center and tanning room both just opened up that few residents have taken advantage of. I guess people should just read our monthly newsletter more often if they want to find out all the great stuff going on here.
