Best years of my life. Properties merged, got a second pool and fitness center. The other pool has a BBQ area my wife now wants in our backyard. only complaint. Construction, duh they're apartments, go figure some people make me laugh. Been through a few managers, they sure have helped me in my negotiating skills, & sadly they didn't budge. Office rocks, Manager was nice for a tarheel fan, boooo. Only issue I ever had was handled by maintenance, they were great, couple of former military guys. Even added a theatre, pool table & tanning bed. If I o back to Duke on faculty will stay until we get our house.
