I have been living here for the last two years. It's a fabulous location and they keep the grounds and buildings in great order. It is particularly close the Duke. So, it is great if you are a graduate student. The maintenance staff is very responsive and courteous, and the office staff is good. They are always willing and able to help you. In short, I don't think you can go wrong living here.
