The Atrium Apartments are nice units, well maintained for the most part, and landscaped nicely, but lots of little things bugged me while I lived there (12 months).

Screen doors were never fixed, fitness equipment was broken for months and the security gates rarely if ever both worked at the same time. In a high crime area, this was a major concern and the first reason I was glad to move out of there.

The apartments were nice, I never had problems with the staff, mainly because I never asked much from them, but the area is very questionable.
