Terrible apartment, modified ghetto!!

This apartment is a modified ghetto that residents pay a lot of money for. The Manager Candy is rude has has no customer service. I move in and there apartment entire heat and air system was down and is still not working. No trust worthiness. Service poor and high security risk in living at the atrium.
