Until this year, my fourth year here at the Atrium, I had been quite content. As I write, it has been raining for a week (since 12/8/03) and rain has been leaking through the entire livingroom ceiling and windows. I have been told for a week "The roofers are coming Monday...they can't come until Wednesday...They'll definitely be here Friday...Saturday..." It is now Sunday 12/14/03 at 2:18 AM, and water is flowing steadily throug my livingroom windows and the livingroom ceiling, and threatening to enter my bedroom ceiling. I am quite angry and about to call for legal assistance. For nearly $700.00 a month for a one-bedroom, I would recommend those seeking an apartment search elsewhere.
