cleaned up a bit

The apts aren't AS ghetto as they've been in the past; we've had nothing but nice, older neighbors - in fact, my boyfriend and i are probably the noisest people in our little building. I appreciated the design inside of the apartments, the vaulted ceilings and big living room. But, we do still hear gunshots & see very shady activity - bonfires in trash cans just outside of the apartments, shopping carts full of belongings in the woods next to some blankets and a sleeping bag, presumably where a homeless person is staying - and we have had issues with our "unpaid" rent after it had been paid on time. However, if you're young & poor, (like a college student such as myself) and have the common sense not to go out at night alone and lock your doors - you should be fine here. I have kept to myself and it has served me well. But again, It's not exactly a family environment.
