for your information, a lot of us would also move out if we could but we still have months left on our lease to pay! if it didn't cost an arm and leg to get out of your lease with ticon i would have left months ago.
i totally agree with the comment on the decreasing safety and the recent 'thugs' who have moved in. i live at fox chase (owned by the same people as audubon lake but we share the same leasing office) and the gangster population here is certainly higher than when i came here. and they also blare their rap music through open windows and hang out in their cars at night. it's totally shady and definitely makes me feel unsafe. but that's what happens when they rent these places out for so cheap. i CAN'T WAIT to get out of here!
