I lived in Audubon Lake Townhomes for two years while in professional school. It was a great value, compared to the high rent I paid in Chapel Hill for a much smaller and older apartment. I always felt safe, and had no problems with leaving my home and car for weeks, or coming and going at night. My roommate and I had a few issues with a couple of younger neighbors playing music in the wee hours, but other than that we enjoyed living there, and wish we could find the same value in the cities we are in now.
