I have lived in Audobon Lake for a year and a half. When I first moved in I had no complaints about the place at all. I like the view, price, and proximity to places. I felt safe from things being behind an office community. I also had nice neighbors. A few bonuses are that if you are in a one bedroom apartment you can get a washer and dryer in your apartment for nothing a month. Also you do not have to pay water, sewer, and trash removal.

Now however, I feel unsafe because I have found drugs on the steps, there are loud voices and music at all hours of the night in nearby apartments. I feel that the quality has gone down with the renters that live here. I also am not a big fan of the new entrance from the Honda dealership where people wiz down the road. I do wish that there was more lighting in the parking lot. I have never been to the pool...it is small and looks a little yucky. The office building in nice on the inside, but I have never understood why. I have also never used the "fitness area" which I heard was nothing special.

The surroundings are ok. There is a pretty lake view from your poarch, but watch were you step because there is bird ---- everywhere.

I have not had a problem with the office staff or the maintance staff.

It is a fine place for short term, but due to the noise and abnoxious neighbors I am planning on moving out.
