i lived in a 1br at audubon lake for almost 2 years and never had any problems.
maintenance was always quick and helpful to respond to issues, the office staff was always friendly, and i never felt unsafe.
i didn't have any problems with my car being messed with, or loud neighbors. maybe i just had a good building. they also had a really good special running when i moved in that helped me decide to live there.
i've recommended several friends looking for a reasonably priced 1br place to audubon lake, and they are enjoying it now too!
not everyone is going to have a great experience, and usually you just get the negative reviews on sites like this. i just wanted to give credit to audubon lake since i lived there almost 2 years with no issues.
