Great place - lived in 1999

Not sure if this place has changed much but when we lived there in 1999 it was one of the best apartments that we had lived in.
We rented a townhome, 2 BR, 2.5 BA. Maintenance was very good, the management staff were very polite.
I remember that there was a mugging incident and the management organized a "town home" meeting for all residents, had a Durham police officer provide advice and also served pizza.
We moved to Chicago in Dec 1999 but we enjoyed the apartment thoroughly.
