I've been living her for a little more than half of a year and I have to admit that I do not have much to complain about.

Pros
The lake and the wildlife is nice to have right in my backyard (although that makes for a lot of goose excrement to avoid). The location is convenient to local grocery store plaza, and Streets at Southpoint Mall. The price is reasonable and the laylout is manageable. The management is attentive to my inquiries; I've called for maintenance a few times and didn't have to wait more than one or two days.

Cons:
The appliances that came with the place are showing their age. I live on the second floor and my upstairs-neighbor can be a bit noisy sometimes. There was one break-in in this parking lot since I've been here. The road nearby is unfinished and bumpy.
