My husband and I currently live in the apartments. Its a nice space for the two of us. I enjoy the close proximity to several shopping centers and Southpoint Mall. Its only a short drive to major universities such as NC State, UNC-Chapel Hill and Duke. Its quiet and safe enough to walk alone, even in the evenings. Staff is great, always greeting you with a smile. Maintainence is quick to repair any problems you may have. I do wish the fitness center was bigger, but they have new equipment and cable television in there. The geese can be a little annoying with the squaking and their poop being on the sidewalks. And you may hear a dog barking every once in a while. But overall, I enjoy feeding and watching the geese and ducks around the lake. A wonderful place to live!!!
