The office is short-staffed and slow at responding to tenants' needs. Maintenance was slow to respond and often fixed the wrong thing in my apartment. The appliances were old but run fine. The plumbing was good. I lived in a bottom-level apartment and had horrible pest problems ranging from camel crickets of all sizes, to all types of spiders, to centipedes and millipedes and even a lizard once. We had frequent extermination but the problem was a maintenance issue that was never dealt with.
