Not worth the money

VERY overpriced for what is a mediocre apartment. Beech Lake is understaffed, and it typically requires multiple phone calls before you receive a response. I had multiple maintenance problems upon moving in, and these problems were not corrected for 3 months despite repeated requests. Rent is very expensive...Way too overpriced. They are not flexible, either with respect to lease extensions. If you need to extend your lease by even one week, be prepared to have to pay "market price" which is upwards of $250-300 more than your typical rent. I would not live here again.
