Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I have lived here for 2 years. My car has been broken into 3 times and the alarm (that I was forced to buy) set off weekly. Apartments around me have been broken into during the daylight hours and at night when someone has been home. The security gates are never operational and don't keep out bad guys anyway.
I have had major leaks in my ceilings that still aren't repaired. Due to the leaks there is a major mold problem.
The apartments are just old.
Other than that it is quiet and the landscaping is nice. And the apartments are large for the price.
