Nice place to visit but....

I moved here six months ago from the West Coast and I really appreciate how quite and spacious the apartments are and the adequate parking spaces. Not to be negative, but these are Beech Lake's only positive attributes. I found more things wrong with the complex than right. I totally agree with the previous comments about roaches, spiders, ants, and lizards. I remember when I signed my lease there were two to three pages concerning mold. God only knows what I've actually signed my life away to. And management-whew! Don't get me started. They are so fake, defensive, and useless. I have never seen a group of people who are so happy to admit "they don't know." Everytime I go to the office they are so unwilling to be helpful that its sickening. I find them to be extremely incompetent. So many fixtures have come apart in my hand. Everything installed is either crooked or cracked. Screws fall out for no reason, the blinds and carpet were filty. I hope they don't expect me to have this stuff cleaned upon departure, because it certainly wasn't cleaned for me upon arrival.
