While looking at Beech Lake at first glance appears nice and safe, after living there you learn otherwise. There has been thefts of peoples vehicles and nothing but bugs that clog the stairwell.
I recall one morning of waking up and since you have to walk through your "carpeted" closet to enter you bathroom my socked feet were completelt drenched the toilets had overflooded during the night and half of the complex was left without water for 2 days. Upon trying to speak with the staff they were rude and simply stated they'll get to it when they could. The have no courtesy and the staff always has a negative demeanor. I am glad my lease was up. I learned a valuable lesson before moving in ask a resident how the living experience is. Simply put do more research.
