this is the worst apartment i have every had. the dishwasher is installed crooked and leaks. knobs on the stove break off in your hand. right now, as i'm typing this my ceiling in the bathroom is leaking water, and this is after they supposedly fixed it last week. there is a very bad insect problem here, you can't walk to your car without going through a swarm of bees or mosquitos. the apartments are very over priced. the only good thing is i have very quiet neighbors.

I agree this place sucks my balls. It's almost July and there is no water in the pool. Maybe we can can use the leaking water from this other guy's apartment to fill the pool. Insects are rampant. The only good thing about this is that my cat likes to play with the bugs. The equipment in the fitness room is always broken, the TV never works, and the water cooler is always empty. The maintenance guys are extremely slow, mentally and physically. The office staff are a bunch of jerks except for the new apartment manager Brian. Parking, it blows. Crime, do I even need to make mention of it, this is Durham after all. Oh yeah, I just got a letter from the office staff stating that if I want to extend my lease that I will have to pay more monthly. These people must have come straight from the Dorothea Dix insane asylum after they closed the doors for good on that looney bin. To sum it all up you would be better off spending money on a bear trap to put your nuts in. It would be less painful and cost less.
