If you are willing to put up with bad management , for the price it's not too bad.

When we first moved in they tried to get us to move into an apartment that had a lot of mold, but thankfully we asked to see it before we signed the lease.
The second apartment had no mold and was in better shape.
The actual apartment has been fine to live in, except when the thermostat broke (the apartment heated to over 100 degrees).
For a cheap apartment it's fine.
The management on the other hand were a bear to work with.
Despite the fact that I live here and after several requests they still do not send my rent statement to my Beech Lake address.
They were hard to get a hold of and it was difficult to get them to remedy problems, even emergencies.
I would say they are not customer friendly.
If you are willing to put up with bad management for the price it's not too bad.
Make sure you tell them 60 days in advance (in writing) that you wish to terminate your lease or you will have to rent for another month at a much higher price.
