When I first moved in the place was OK. Neighbors were fairly friendly and the buildings looked like they were ready for repairs as was the parking areas. The staff told me everything was in the works to be upgraded.

Now, almost 2 years later we have huge holes in the parking lot and wood siding either falling off completely or rotting in place. Maintenance told me that lower level apartments could not longer get gates on their patios because it's a structural hazard, how frightening is that'

There have been 4 different groups of management/staff and none of them can do basic bookkeeping.

The "secuity gate" doesn't work 90% of the time.

Today the neighbors are stand-offish if not down right rude and the staff is even worse.

Run away.
