Nice landscaping, but wouldn't live there again

I was initially drawn to this apt.

complex by the "wooded" feel of the place.

Also, the apt.

model I was shown seemed very nice.

I should have been suspicious when they refused to let me see an actual vacant apt.

Also, I wasn't shown the workout center during my tour of the complex because it was being "renovated." Overall, I would NOT live here again.

The apts.

are run down and required a lot of maintenance during my 1 yr.

stay.

Also, I had issues with lots of pests in my apt.

The most troubling issue with living here concerned how I felt about my safety, as several cars were broken into and someone who lived close by was almost raped while I lived here.

I was told the complex would be a gated community soon after I moved in (July 2001), and it is still not gated.

I would not recommend living here.
