I currently live at Beech Lake apartments and it is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Mangement is horriablethey dont understad what you want done. The maintance when you summit a work order it takes then at least 2 weeks to completely take care of it if not longer. Then when they do fix it the work not done the proper way. In the last 5 months there has been a number of cars broke into and they didn't care at all. There response was to lock the doors. All the ones that I know cars were broke into did lock there doors. It says it is a gated community but they took then down and will not put then back up.They don't patrol the area nor so they have gaurds. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. For the price you pay things should be taken care of in 3 days and cars shouldn't be broken into. I made the mistake of looking at the model and loving some things but disliking others. The walkin closet is wonderful but would gladly give it up for a safer community. The rent went up when are lease was up and then they came out with valet trash service it is helpful at times but if you leave it out there is a 25 dollar charge. When you pay that much you would think these things would not happen but they do and Beech Lake Mangement could care less.
