When I moved in, these apartments were brand new, I was the first person to live in the apartment!!! I loved it, it was quiet and not alot of traffic coming in and out. Then after about a year, the place got to be too much! There was trash in the parking lot when the dumpster was 20 steps away!!!! There were girlfriends stopping by all hour of the night cursing and laying on the horn because their boyfriend was with some one else!!! The leasing office is not on the property so it was an inconvience to go all the way to the other ticon property to pay my rent and use the clubhouse and pool!!! I loved the fact there was a spa on the property! during the day it was quiet if your a student then you'll love that but if at night there was drama and trash! It was worth it when my rent was on special but when my lease was over it shop up tp market rate and it wasn't worth the money!!
