I like the fact that the apartments are newer. However, it is evident that the quality of materials used during construction is sub par. The paint easily scuffs and/or chips and the insulation is shoddy. The size of the apartments could also stand additional square footage. For the most part, though, it is quiet, and I feel safe here. The complex is comprised of only a few apartment buildings (3 or 4). It's a smaller, 1-bedroom-only community, and to me that's a plus. Contrary to other posts, I feel that the grounds are well kept. Quite frequently a crew is out here cleaning and grooming the area. A washer and dryer is in the unit, water & sewage is included in the rent, and it seems to be pretty energy efficient. I'm pretty comfortable with that...
