Great place for grad students

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
I lived in a small 1BR and the largest 2BR in the complex. Both are well maintained. Parking is rarely an issue. The animal poo factor can be a bit gross. Occasionally, cars were burglarized, but I was never concerned about my personal safety.
