A beautiful and well managed complex.

The apartments are spacious and the complex is very well maintained. The staff is pleasant and prompt--maintenance requests are usually attended to the same day they are made. The office staff are friendly and helpful; the concierge is great. The only minor downside is that the many trees make for lots of shade (yes, that?s the worst it gets here) and full recycling services are not available on-site (cardboard, newspaper and aluminum only--for plastics and glass, you need to go to the Woodcroft shopping center about 0.25 miles up the road).
We have a washer and dryer in the apartment, so we don?t use the complex facilities, though they?re nice. The fitness room is small, but never crowded.
I?ve really enjoyed living here and am only moving because of my partner?s job.
