Cockroaches everywhere

Had a MAJOR cockroach, spider, and silverfish problem that the staff never fully addressed. Also had work orders that were either not acknowledged or half-done.
The rest of the amenities were fine, though, well worn and abused. The staff and grounds were nice. Noise was a major issue as well; could even hear the person in the apartment below me on the cell phone.
Also had a burglary in one of the apartments that the residents were never told about.

I have lived here 7 months and have had few "bug" issues. Exterminator has come more in 7 months than in last three years at previous apartment in San Antonio. Work orders (the few I have had and close to move in) were addresses promptly. The grounds are a mess right now because they are replacing retaining walls, but hopefully it will be back to normal once this is complete. Also, there have been a couple of crimes in surrounding area; flyers are always posted warning residents of this. Are you sure we live at the same place?

One of the ladies on the ground floor complained of bugs and the office staff told her that her apartment must not be clean if it's attracting bugs. I was horrified that they would accuse someone of being unclean rather than just sending in an exterminator and keeping their opinions to themselves.
