If you sign a lease here they REQUIRE you to get renters insurance. Why' Because THEIR CONTRACTORS screwed up someone's apartment, so now they want to Cover Their Ass.
Not only would I not recommend this place I wouldn't recomend any property owned by BNP Residential. They pay NOTHING. No water, no garbage - they only pay sewer because the city makes them, and now they require YOU to have insurance just in case THEY flood your apartment.
If you can afford $650 a month, you can afford a mortgage. I sure wish I'd bought instead of renting here. Don't make the mistake I did.
