Live here if you like throwing money away!

I have lived in these apartments for almost 25 months, and the change in managment brought a decrease in the quality of service. While the property staff is very friendly, I have found it difficult to get service orders done because there seems to be a breakdown in communication somewhere along the line. The office staff does not seem to communicate with each other at all. When I got my dog, the assistant manager got all the paperwork set up for me, and when I went to sign it, she was not there and it took the apartment manager about 15 minutes to figure out what was going on. And after it was all said and done, she had still not gotten the correct forms for me to fill out and I still had to go back to the office. I just think the property manager and the assistant manager should both know what is going on with the tenants of the property. Another problem I have with this community is the fact that I have to pay for all of my utilities. With a $27 jump in rent, on top of the mandated renters insurance, as well as now having to pay for trash pick up, I feel like I am being robbed, just so I can live near the mall. It??s just not worth it. While the apartment is nice and the location is great, the price of lease renewal is, in my opinion, too much for what I get out of living here.
