This place has gone downhill in a pretty substantial way over the past 2-3 years.

The grounds are a mess. The gym, grills, pool and tennis court are in bad need of maintenence and updates. The office staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. The rents are high, compared to what you can get elsewhere nearby.

We've been here for 3 years, this was once a nice place to live. Now it isn't

I am beginning to agree... We moved in over a year ago and everything was fine. Recently, however, there has been a complete change in office staff and maintenance staff. Fitness room that once worked 100% now has almost all equipment broken. I have noticed several move outs and then "sub-standard" people are allowed to move in. Sorry, I pay close to a grand per month on rent and want everything working and no noise when I go to sleep. Am hoping to move back to Texas in the spring when the lease ends. It was ok, but now?

SUBSTANDARD people, what is that suppose to mean. the thing about living in places like this is you get alot of those people who think they are better than you for whatever reason I'm moving from Alexan farms and wanted to look at this apartment complex because they are significantly cheaper but if i have to put up with people that call other people SUBSTANDARD and the most they can muster is income for a SUBSTANDARDS apartment ill pass. nothing worth than those people that act better than everyone, they ruin the apartment living, and for that matter the world in general.
